Isn’t it less hassle just to buy an existing home?

Building a home is easy and should be hassle free. That’s why we take care of every step of the process for you. With an ANSA Capital property, everything is brand new with warranties and you know exactly what you’re getting. This is often not the case with existing homes.

It’s not the inclusions that worry me, it’s the exclusions. How do I know what I’m getting?

We provide a full list of all your inclusions and we don’t exclude anything. When we hand over your home, it’s ready for your tenants to move in. Everything is included: from landscaping to  window blinds, clothes lines to letter boxes. We don’t just set an ‘allowance for Prime Costs’ (a maximum figure for inclusions) – we include the exact cost of everything in your tender.

I don’t want any variations, can you give me a fixed price?

Absolutely. We always supply a fixed price upfront. The tender price is the price you pay. We don’t charge for unseen site variations and we include everything you want when we quote. Our standard range includes site costs, landscaping, driveways, fencing, sarking, insulation, facades, blinds, air conditioning and much more. These are all itemised separately in your tender. If you want to exclude or change some of them that’s fine.

I don’t know where to build my investment home? I have a budget but don’t have land. Can you help?

Yes! We’re an approved home builder by several of Australia’s largest land developers. We can often negotiate $10,000’s in reduction on the price of land for clients. We always pass these onto our clients. We can then tailor our designs specifically to suit your land and budget.

I already have a block of land. Can you design to suit it?

Yes, that’s what we do. We create designs to suit virtually any block of land.

Can I build an investment property using my SMSF?

Yes, it’s no different to buying an investment property within your SMSF. You can also borrow money within your SMSF to pay for your investment property. You can find out more about building an investment property within your SMSF here.

How do I know which design is best for my block of land?

This is all set out in your drafting document.  We make sure your design meets all the guidelines for fitting your block. These vary between councils and even within different housing estates, but you don’t have to worry about that, we take care of it all.

I have bought in a new housing estate and they have their own design guidelines. Can you design for me?

Yes. Part of our drafting process is to make sure your design meets all the requirements for your block, wherever it is. We will also tailor a landscaping package to meet your guidelines and negotiate with the design committee on your behalf.

What’s the maximum size I can build?

This depends on your council and their Local Environment Plan and Development Control Plan. We take of all this when designing your home, ensuring your design meets all regulations.

Where are you based?

We’re Sydney based builders who design and construct right across the region, from the Southern Highlands to Sydney’s Northern and North West suburbs, lower Blue Mountains and the Central Coast.

Do you build to Flame Zone and Bush Fire Attack Level (BAL) 40 requirements?

Yes, we’re used to building in areas at risk of bush fires. We’ll make sure your home meets all the requirements for building in these zones.
